It's rare to receive great service these days. We have had the best experience working with Mike at Cascade Pump. Professional, on time and hard working. The communication through their works was awesome! We will be working with them more in the future.
I called Cascade at 8:30 in the morning due to losing all water in our house. By 10:30pm Mike had arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, installed the required new parts, and was on his way.
