1-Star Review of Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty

Horrible. They had incompetent signs everywhere not making sense. Like "not a pullout bed" was actually a pull out bed, just broken. Lawn was not mowed. Or kept up. Trash in back of barn for some time. Most of us received rashes from the hot tub from either too much or not enough chemicals. The owner or groundsman would come almost every morning to grab or do things in the barn. We had to chop down and cut our own wood. Sue us. We had to go into town for service since their WiFi is not updated and very low with receiving, including their satellite or dish. All the pictures and people lied to us about the place. We had to buy new garbage bags and batteries especially when they had drawers everywhere labeled but were empty. 😂 like "flashlights and batteries". 1 flashlight.. no batteries 😂. There was a hole in the door in the upstairs room. The attic door was coming down. Exterior lights missing their shades. Poorly lit on the deck at night, so byo lights. Everything they said we would be stocked up on we had to go into town to buy. And Christian Rea (guy who commented 1st) I just told Google he probably works for the realty since all he can do is rate 5 stars on most the houses from this realtor but not comment. He'll be deleted soon. I was very disappointed that these guys think they can sell this house for a lil over half a million when they never have steam cleaned the carpet. We also had to rewash each dish that we were using because it came all fully stocked dirty. I just was really disappointed that our whole family stayed there to release an elders ashes but instead we all had to do work. Not ever recommending nor coming back to this dump unless it's under NEW MANAGEMENT !😁 I mean don't get me wrong there are tons of small carpentry work that would sure make this house beautiful but it looks like the combpany or person owning this place doesn't care. Let me know if you guys offer money back or another night half off. Thats when i would only return. House was overall beautiful if you like staying outdoors. Only thing they were kinda stocked on was towels. But I hope you guys clean the windowseal and actually deep clean for the next guests.and leave them stocked!! Jeeeeesh
