5-Star Review of Carlos & Sons Plumbing

Carlos & Sons Plumbing gave a good price for a quality drain cleaning using a power snake, and i was pleasantly surprised they used a camera at no extra cost. Being able to see the sewer line made the work much faster and helped find the right spot to run the snake. After the drain cleaning and camera check, raymond came out to go over the follow-up plumbing work that was needed. he gave 5 star service, which you do not always get from other plumbers. He took time to explain the hydro jetting and descaling process in simple terms, which really helped me understand the condition of the pipes and the best repair option. It was a long job, around 6 hours, but he stayed professional, had a great attitude, and cleaned up everything afterward. in Waco, it is important to have a plumber who understands sewer and drain issues and can handle them the right way. i would definitely use them again. the team knows the plumbing trade, provides excellent service, and does strong work on sewer pipe lining with a very solid warranty.

I had a great experience with Carlos & Sons Plumbing. Elias came out to install a new kitchen faucet and also found a few plumbing issues I had not noticed. He replaced the broken shutoff valves and repaired the water line for my freezer ice maker, which saved me money and a lot of hassle later. He explained everything in simple terms, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean while finishing the job. In Waco, it is a big help to have a plumber who is professional, friendly, and thorough, especially when kitchen plumbing needs quick attention. I highly recommend for any plumbing service, and I will definitely call again for future plumbing projects.

Great experience from the first phone call to the final plumbing repair. Elias, the technician, did an excellent job. I really appreciated the clear communication, friendly service, professionalism, and upfront pricing. The job estimate was very thorough and easy to understand, and every repair option was explained with the cost before any work started, so there were no surprises. I also signed up for the membership plan, received a few extras, and now my clogged pipes are flowing properly again. 10/10 service, and I would gladly recommend this plumbing company.

A plumbing crew installed a propane gas line for our new backup generator, and the work looked clean, solid, and thoroughly tested. Elias and Raymond were very professional, friendly, and easy to talk with. I only had a basic idea of what the job needed, but they checked the exact installation requirements for our generator model and made sure the gas line setup matched the proper spec. The price was not low, but it was fair for the quality of the plumbing and gas line work. You can tell they take real pride in their craft, and it shows in the final result. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or gas line service in Waco. Later, when the generator would not start, they responded quickly, diagnosed the pressure regulator issue, and got it fixed fast. It was great to see them stand behind their work and warranty with that kind of prompt service. We also had another plumbing issue when the pressure reducing valve at the street failed and caused the water pressure in the house to rise enough that the water softener was not working right. They came out the next day, corrected the pressure back to about 65 psi, and the water softener started working properly again. Overall, we have been very happy with their plumbing service, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
