I have hired Luke of Captain Rooter a couple of times and let me tell you. He's the best drain solution pro in Lane County. He's a no-nonsense problem solver with the best equipment available in the industry. I highly recommend Luke of Captain Rooter.
Was Such exceptional Service. Came same day, during a heavy rainstorm to help figure out flooding. Will be working with him for all future plumbing needs. Genuinely the best servie and experience I have ever had with a plumber!
Captain Rooter offers high quality plumbing and rooting services at a fair price in Eugene. He exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him for any plumbing or rooting job you may have.
I recently hired Luke at Captain Rooter for a trenchless sewer lining, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Luke was fantastic—extremely professional and efficient from start to finish. What I appreciated most was the transparency; once the lining was complete, he actually brought me out to view the video of the finished product so I could see the results for myself. I’ll happily use Luke again in the future for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work
Luke did an amazing job, was honest and up front about everything. A year ago we had a different plumber come out and the same problem reoccurred. Luke not only found the problem from the last plumber, but worked diligently until he solved the problem. He then gave us advice on how to keep from the problem happening again.
