I was just on the phone with the Attorney for my court here in New Mexico. She asked me how many secretaries I had because she spoke to a number of different ones when she called me! When I told her it was my answering service she was amazed. "They are so professional! Wow, they are wonderful!" was her comment. This sort of feedback reflects so well for my business. The only experience I have is positive; the clients all state that the answerer was polite, efficient and made a point of trying to get a message to pass on to me. I also appreciate the fact that, when a caller declines to leave a name or number, I yet get a message informing me of the "missed" call. The coverage is excellent, and I have not had one complaint from a client or potential client. You're doing a fine job.

When you factor in the text messages sent to my cell phone, this service is superior to having someone in the office answering the phone
