I just wanted to thank you and your staff for including the phone number. A lot of callers just assume I know the number when they are a repeat caller, but chances are I either don't know the number or it's going to be a big hassle for me to find it. The fact that Business Connections Receptionists include the phone number that shows on caller ID in these situations is really appreciated.
