Courteous and Expeditious – Strongly Recommend
The SERVICE that Business Connections provides is GREAT. I regularly have Customers tell me that "our" Receptionist was very nice, helpful, etc.. When I am not available to answer our landline they sometimes make the determination to call me on my cell phone to tell me someone rather insistent is on the line (on hold) and ask me if they should patch the call through... It is seamless and very satisfying to the Caller.
Whenever I need to call them for anything they are courteous and expeditious. Because I haven't memorized their telephone number if I want to speak with them I call my own number, they answer the phone professionally, I explain that it is "me" calling and that I need help with this or that and they take care of matters with dispatch.
I strongly recommend Business Connections.
