Brian and Co helped us buy back in 2021, and if you know what that time was like you know it was absolutely bananas to be a first time home buyers. A few years later we selected Brian to help us sell. We received frequent and clear communication through both processes. Always polite, professional, and handled with care. If I was still living in Texas, I would go back to Brian in a heartbeat. 10/10 highly recommend.
Brian did a fantastic job with me for my first ever home purchase. He was always very responsive. He took a lot of time explaining the process and going over documents that I needed to pay attention to. Over all it was a very professional and pleasant experience. Thank you Brian!
I'd recommend Ashley and Brian Bundy to all my friends if I could!! The Bundys helped us navigate the crazy market and purchase our first home in 2021. When we found out we were relocating out of state in just a few weeks, there was no question about who we trusted to sell our home. I called Ashley on a Sunday, stressed about how quickly we needed to get our house on the market, and she took the stress away and made it all happen. From beginning to end, Ashley has been the most valuable resource — knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and thoughtful. I'm so thankful we chose the Bundys to help us through our first home purchase and sale. They’re genuinely good people who want the best for their clients and work hard to do a great job. Friends of the internet — call the Bundys!
UPDATED: My family ended up building a new home and used Brian to sell our previous home (the one we mentioned in the review below). We again had a wonderful experience working with Brian! Now that we have worked with him in buying and selling, we would still highly recommend him! Original post: My husband and I worked with Brian to buy our first home and had a great experience working with him. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We never felt pressured in the process, or that he was just trying to get a quick sale out of us. He took his time and helped us get into the perfect home for our growing family! We enjoyed him so much, we recommended him to my family and he was able to find a great home for them as well! We recommend Brian and the Bundy Realty Group for anyone looking to buy or sell!
Brian proved to be an invaluable asset in helping my sister locate her first home in Waco. It was truly a blessing to have him as her realtor. He exuded honesty, diligence, and exceptional communication skills throughout the entire process. Despite encountering difficulty in finding the ideal property, Brian leveraged his expertise and experience to secure a property from his inventory that he had thoughtfully renovated. The entire experience was stress-free, and my sister and family were grateful for Brian's unwavering support and guidance. Everything worked out seamlessly, thanks to Brian's dedication and hard work.
