It was a pleasure working with Brooke. We always felt confidence that things were progressing along. She was always quick to respond to our questions and was always helpful. Buying a home is never entirely smooth and many emotions come into play including uncertainty about what is best for us. She was always patient and constant. We are happy Brooke was with us through the process.
Brooke helped us buy our first home! She was kind, knowledgeable, organized, and calm, and she took the time to fully answer all of our questions throughout the entire process. With her support and expert advice, we were able to make informed decisions and feel confident every step of the way. Brooke was proactive and easy to get in touch with. It was clear that she understood our needs and consistently took them into account—we never felt like we were being pulled in a direction we weren’t happy about. She was extremely effective at organizing every detail of the process and ensured that everything was completed on time. We are extremely fortunate that we found Brooke, and we wouldn’t hesitate before working with her again in the future.
Brooke was simply amazing during our move from CA to OR. After our first day of house hunting, we found our home and was able to put an offer right away. She is always available whenever you need to communicate with her or with the builders on our new construction. This whole process was so smooth due to her hard work and reliable availability. Even after our purchase she was so sweet to check in on us and provide any help that we need. We will definitely go with Brooke as our realtor whenever we decide to buy another property.
Brooke did an awesome job with helping me purchase my first home. Her knowledge of real estate helped make a stressful process stress free! She made herself available around my schedule and was always quick in replying to my questions. Highly recommend Brooke if you're looking to buy a home.
Working with Brooke on buying my first home was a great experience. Despite difficulties in the market, making multiple offers and being outbid, Brooke stayed positive with us and continued to deliver options. She made herself very available, provided gentle guidance, and was always a very friendly and bright person to be around. Brooke quickly got a feel for what I wanted in a home and was able to find homes in my budget with all of my must-haves. I am very happy in the home I ended up in, and I will definitely be recommending Brooke to family and friends.
