Honest and to the point

I needed to get my side mirror fixed and went to BBW to get it fixed. The owner, Pat, gave me a much cheaper option that didn't involve them doing any work! Although, the cheaper option would not make the whole problem go away, I decided to get it done the right way at BBW. The cost was reasonable and the service was great. What I appreciated the most was that he told me the truth on options how to get repair done...even if it didn't include them doing the work. My previous experiences at auto body shops are that they won't be completely honest like Pat was. I would definitely recommend BBW for your auto repair needs!
