5-Star Review of Blum Real Estate

I used Troy to sell my mother's house in Salem. Overall this was a positive experience given the nuances involved with selling real estate. Troy was very knowledgeable of current market conditions and made sure we were both on the same page with the marketing plan. He would always respond quickly to text messages or phone calls. Very good customer service. I would recommend Troy to anyone buying or selling real estate.

The Blum Real Estate team, Gladys and Troy Blum helped us sell our home within days of listing it and for full price!! I highly recommend Blum Real Estate. Thank you Troy and Gladys.

Gladys, Troy and their team did an amazing job selling our house this spring. We had a prior experience with them selling another property for a family estate. They were efficient, helpful resource and facilitated the sale in such a professional and kind manner that we did not hesitate to put our home for sale with their team. Our house sold quick considering the market and would absolutely recommend their service. They have experience and great knowledge of the real estate market. They did an excellent job for us.

Steven Blum is the best of the best in Salem Oregon real estate. Through the entire process of both buying our forever home and selling our starter, I was impressed by Steven's honesty, integrity and confidence. He is truly unflappable and wound up being my voice of reason many times during two of the most stressful times in my life- buying and then selling. He proved himself an exceptional negotiator and was able to get our house sold for over list price in what amounts to a very strange time for real estate. Overall, the hardest part of the process thanks to Steven is the fact that we won't need him anymore! I won't hesitate to recommend Steven Blum to anyone in the area that needs a great agent to represent them. Thanks again Steven for making the process so smooth and pain-free that I considered making buying and selling houses a hobby just to keep ya around!
