Every time someone asks me about carpet cleaning, I send them to Blue Star. Jeff does an exceptional job and I have only good things to say about his work. Great to have an option like this company in our community! Updated to add: Jeff came and cleaned our carpets and did such a great job! You can't even tell that we let too long go by between cleans! Very glad we chose to use Blue Star!
Scheduled our carpet cleaning for 3 days before our move. Got a call from company that truck was out of service and being repaired, wanting to reschedule. When I explained that I didn’t have time to reschedule or find another company before the moving trucks arrived in order for carpet to be dry, they made sure my job got done in time, even though the tech had to do my job well after business hours, working until about 9:00 PM. He was polite and took care to keep my new home clean during the process and didn’t complain or charge me extra for the after hours work. It was stressful, but he did a good job and my carpet was clean and dry when the movers arrived. I will use their services again. They care about their customers!
