After indoor dining opened up again we treated ourselves to a meal at Best Little Roadhouse. My husband ordered ribs (no sauce due to an allergy) and had chicken noodle soup. The soup was very peppery (I tasted it) and the ribs , although cooked right, were also very peppery. He is a Texan so he knows how ribs should be seasoned.
