Poor Experience
At 48 minutes after we placed our order we asked the waitress if she could provide an update on our 2 salads, 2 burgers, and chicken tenders. She said she would check but did not report back. In the mean time while we waited, we watched the table behind us receive 2 salads that were not what they ordered. The waiter told them they had gotten someone else’s food( likely ours), but they chose to keep them and eat them. The table next to us ordered their food within minutes of our order. They are, paid and left and we were still waiting for our food. At 52 minutes after we placed our order, we decided to leave. The manager asked if they could give us a discount on the drinks and French fry appetizer we had ordered. I politely told him I did not think we should have to pay for this as we were leaving based on the extremely poor service. We understand that restaurants get busy and things happen. Our waitress could have came out and said she was aware our was taking along time and offer another appetizer or something. Instead we sat with empty drinks wondering if our food would come at all. The manager apologized and said the fryer had broke down, yet somehow I saw fried appetizers going to other tables. We were not rude but ended up having to eat at Burger King which was really a bummer as the food we had seen other tables revived did look really good. We will likely not go back.
