This is our fourth home Colleen has helped us with. She is very helpful, prompt, courteous, efficient, and knows how to navigate and negotiate through difficult real estate issues from both sides—selling and closing. We’ll be using her again, and we’ll also be referring her to any friends and family that need a reliable Realtor.
Hands down one of the best brokers I have ever worked with. Having bought and sold four owner-occupied houses in just under nine years, I move frequently, know the process, and admittedly have very high standards and low patience. After a frustrating experience with a previous Salem realtor who refused to submit my offer or let me view a house a second time, my daughter looked up local agencies and found Benson Broker Group. As soon as my old agreement expired, we went with Matt Starck. We were looking for a needle in a haystack, but Matt was an absolute rockstar. He was incredibly professional, patient, and completely unfazed when I changed my mind or made unconventional decisions. He showed us countless houses on short notice—often visiting properties multiple times—until we found the perfect one. Matt balances an easygoing, comfortable approach with deep industry knowledge, excellent connections, and unmatched persistence. If you want a broker who can truly handle it all, do not hesitate to call Benson Broker Group and ask for Matt Starck!
Amazing & outstanding customer service & professionals supporting my wife Shani & I purchasing jewel of home in Salem, OR. As disabled military veteran, so very appreciative & thankful for support of Benson Broker Group throughout VA Home Loan purchase & will recommend them to friends & loved ones. Especially grateful for our real estate agent, Kenadee Davidson as she was truly instrumental to closing on our new home!
Kennedy was incredibly flexible and supportive during the whole process . She was available most of the times we call and request a visit or any consultation, fast to answer text and guide us during the process. Overall she made the experience of selling and buying a house pretty smooth and positive. I highly recommend her to anyone that need a positive experience.
Working with this real estate team was hands down the best decision we made when buying and selling our home in Salem, Oregon. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. If you’re looking for a top Realtor in Salem or the Willamette Valley, this is the team you want on your side. They guided us through every step of the home buying and selling process, from pricing strategy and marketing to negotiations and closing. Their expertise in the local Salem real estate market and surrounding areas made a huge difference in getting our home sold quickly and for top dollar. What really stood out was their communication and dedication. We always felt like a priority, and they made a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Whether you’re a first time homebuyer, relocating to Oregon, or selling your home, this team truly goes above and beyond. If you’re searching for a trusted real estate agent in Salem, Oregon, or anywhere in the Willamette Valley or Oregon Coast, I cannot recommend them enough.
