If I could give this mechanic shop 10xstarz I would! This is hands down the BEST mechanic shop in the Waco area. Robert Will guide you and go beyond to help you with your issues. He’s very experienced wouldn’t trust anybody else with my car/truck from here on out. You just don’t find people like him anymore and forever grateful for his hospitality. 100% recommend!
I can’t recommend this shop highly enough! From the moment I called to the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care—not just as another customer. The owner (Robert) is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and never tries to upsell or pressure you into unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to find someone who truly values integrity and takes pride in doing quality work the right way. The workmanship was outstanding, communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and my vehicle was completed on time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and stands behind his work. If you’re looking for an automotive shop you can trust, this is the place. Honest people, fair pricing, exceptional service, and top-quality craftsmanship are hard to find these days, but you’ll find all of that here. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs and will be recommending this shop to my family and friends. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
There’s a reason they have only 5 star reviews. These guys definitely know cars. Very knowledgeable and respectful.
Mr. Bennett is the mechanic and auto shop you can trust in Waco. We are so grateful to have a mechanic that's honest and walks with integrity in our town.
I've done business with Robert for many years. He is a master of automotive mechanics. He's very thorough & honest. I recommend him highly to anyone in need of meticulous care of their car. He does restoration work as well as racing cars. His work is beautiful!
