Armando and Elias were amazing and professional. The work was done asap, they delivered the material same day and came back early the next day. Their expertise and commitment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the reason I will utilize them for all my plumbing needs. Armando and Elias, keep up the amazing work ethic and professionalism, thank you so much.
Matt was very personable and fully trained. He arrived on time assess the problem with my toilet, me an estimate of how much it would cost and with my approval he pulled the toilet to check to see if the flange was cracked or broken. I was very lucky that I had called before the flange was broken. That repair would have been extremely expensive. I had noticed that the toilet was wobbling and I could not tighten the bolts sufficiently; so I knew that it had to be repaired before the toilet started to leak. He did a great job. He cleaned up after himself explained what he was doing and did a great job. I’m very very happy thank you.
Had a technician named Matt come out to look at my water heater, and a couple other small projects around the house. Gotta say, the man knows his stuff. My favorite part about the experience is I feel like I came away with a better understanding of my plumbing system after he completed an indepth safety inspection on all the plumbing in my house. Which he did not charge a penny for! If you're looking for a company that genuinely wants to help, this is it!
I called needing someone to check out an apparent water leak in the supply lines to my kitchen sink. Jeremy came out within just 3 or so hours and quickly found the problem. He cut out the old copper lines which had leaking connections and replaced with pex lines. He also installed a different dishwasher for me since the old one had to come out for the repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing for any plumbing needs
