Brian was referred to us by our mortgage broker Walt Schulz (another deserved 5-Star Review). I had known Brian previously, moreso from a team sports perspective, so it was great to catch up. So glad we did. Brian is the consumate professional. He was transparent, forthright and rather frank, when needed, to help get our house sold. We were always up to date on the sales process, potential hurdles, challenges we faced, and the reality of real estate. His communication, along with his team, was outstanding. He takes his profession quite seriously, a steadfast supporter and ally to his clients. He helped us on the other side as well, purchasing another home out of town. There, he definitely earned his stripes. It was a challenging purchase, and he nailed it every step of the way. In short, there's absolutely nothing I would change in his approach, demeanor, candor or relationship skills. We are quite grateful to Brian and his team.

I have only positive things to say about our experience working with Eric Wellard. He worked with us to find a house for almost a year. He was patient, always willing to take time to answer questions and help us through our buying process. He made buying our new home as simple and stress free as buying a new home can be. Eric is professional and knows real estate. I highly recommend Bemis and Wellard.

Eric was a great help . He assisted through the entire process . Always returned our phone calls in a timely manner . He gave us the information we needed when negotiating through the escrow process . Thanks to him we saved $5000.
