I needed to wire transfer money from my BoA account to my credit union account. I had called the 800 BoA customer service number to make the transfer, but none of the service reps from any department could help me. In fact, they told me that I couldn't do it at all, because of my credit union's routing number. I stepped into this branch, was helped within 5 min of being there, and they made the wire transfer, no problem. BoA has some major issues with their customer service, but this branch has the knowledge and experience to do their jobs.
