While shopping my policies for better rates, I contacted eight agencies. After all that, I came back to Jordan because over the past years when he had nothing to gain, he took his precious time and answered my questions. This time, he was able to sell me a couple of policies. I recommend him for two reasons: knowledge, and follow up and short answers that save me lots of time... (guess that's three reasons)
I highly recommend Baker Carey insurance! I have been a customer for over 20 years. Jordan is always there to answer all my questions. (He even calls to check on me when I pocket dial him lol) I have had experience with other companies and no one has even come close to the service I have gotten with Baker Carey! 10 out of 10!
The agents in the office were very patient and helpful. They were not bothered by my questions and explained the policy fully so I'd understand just what I was paying for. They ger 5 stars for excellent customer service and very reasonable prices!
Awesome people to do business with we have been using them for over 15 year for home and auto. They get us rates that no other place can come close to beating. If you want a company that know you by your name give them a call for a quote. I highly recommend.
