1-Star Review of Arrive West Linn
We were planning to move at the end of July, so I wanted to start exploring apartment options in this community ahead of time. However, when I first called back in May, despite repeatedly asking if I could schedule a tour in advance, I was strongly advised to call back only one month before our move. I was told that apartment tours weren’t available because our move-in date was still too far away. Last week, I finally scheduled a tour for a specific apartment listed on the website as “Available Now” for Monday at 10:30 a.m. When I arrived, the leasing office was closed. After I called, I was told that a staff member would be there as soon as possible. In the end, I never got to see the apartment because I was told it couldn’t be shown due to a system issue. Instead, I was asked to come back on Wednesday. Then, on Tuesday, I received yet another call asking if we could postpone the tour until the following week. Honestly, I cannot understand how a community with above-average rental prices can operate this way. I rearranged my schedule, drove out for my appointment, and ended up wasting my time. Instead of the scheduled tour, I was met with a closed office, excuse after excuse, and repeated rescheduling. This goes beyond poor organization—it’s a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect for prospective residents. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience couldn’t have left a worse one. Thank you, Arrive West Linn, but we’ll be looking for our next home somewhere else.
