I have been a patient of Dr. Chen for 5 years and I can honestly say Dr. Chen is so gentle I actually don't mind going to the dentist. My experience has been very positive and I will continue to see Dr. Chen for all my dental needs. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Arbor View Dental especially if your a little fearful of dentists, nothing to be afraid of here!

I have had the opportunity to experience many different hands in my mouth, and those hands have all been attached to deft dentists, kind hygienists, and savvy supporting staff while in one of their clean exam rooms. Appointments are easy to establish and often accompanied by a series of helpful reminders and confirmations about when you will once again by greeted at Arbor View. When interacting with staff I have never felt it difficult to ask my questions about how to best care for my teeth, nor have I felt pressured negatively to change habits that aren't directly damaging to the health of my smile. If you need hands in your mouth, choose the hands at Arbor View!
This is the most pleasant dental office that I have ever visited. The doctor is very friendly, and his staff is very professional. I would highly recommend this office to anyone I know.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chen office for more than 4 years now. Since my first visit, the patient care exhibited by Dr. Chen and his staff are oriented towards providing the best treatment possible for the patient. The patient is recommended only the needed procedures and products that truly benefits the patient dental health.
This guy is great. He straightened my front teeth with the use of crowns instead of braces and was helpful throughout my Periodontal Treatment. Actually I love coming here, all the staff is friendly and quick to answer any questions I have. I got lucky to find Dr Chen.
Everything in the office is nice and setup to make it a quick and pain free visit. The teeth cleaning is very thorough and they make sure to explain any concerns about your teeth and get cavities filled right away.
Customer service is a priority at Arbor View Dental. My appointments have always been very professional. Dr. Chen and his staff always ensure that I receive caring and prompt Service. Service just keeps getting better over the years.
I had to get a root canal after never having a cavity in my life. Everyone says root canals hurt like non other but at Arborview Dental it was painless. Dr. Chen is amazing!!!!!!!!
Dr. Chen has been providing excellent dental care for my husband and me for many years. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Half of my co-workers and their families in the office are the patients of either Dr. Chen or Dr. Cao. We all enjoy their professional and personalized care.... and the movies... and the massage chair!
He saved a tooth that other offices just wanted to pull the tooth Dr. Chen took time to explain all the options for my situation now i have a new tooth.
Our dental care has always been so individualized and efficient that we stayed with Arbor View even when we moved to Auburn. On my recent visit Dr. Chen went above and beyond by giving me a stamped envelope to send paperwork for my son that I had forgotten! Now that's customer service! Dr. Chen, You have taken care of for around 10 years now. I have never had a Dr. of your caliber in my lifetime. You always have and continue to make me feel good about my dental problems that have arisen. Your care and staff are ALWAYS caring in any service provided to myself. You are in great hands with Dr. Chen. I would highly recommend him for any patient needing a root canal. My unrealistic fears kept me from the dentist until my tooth became infected needing a root canal. Dr. Chen was very thorough explaining the procedure and when my appointment was scheduled he was very attentive to my fears and assuring me of the procedure. Dr. Chen and his staff were very encouraging and friendly.

Wow! This was the best dentist office I've been to. High tech equipment, massaging chairs and movies while you get your cleaning. Excellent experience - I recommend this office!
After going to another dentist in Roseville for several years, I had an insurance change that required me to find a new dentist. A friend referred me to Arbor View. I am a very nervous dental patient and was apprehensive about trying some place new. After my first visit, I wondered, where had this dental office been all my life? The front office staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like you have known them forever. I had to have several procedures done due to the fact that my previous dentist had not been very thorough. Needless to say, I was a little afraid. I soon found out there was no need for fear! Dr. Chen was very gentle, patient, and thorough. His work is flawless! I actually look forward to my dental appointments now! If you are searching for great dental care, Arbor View is the place to go!"
Dr. Chen has been my dentist since around the time they opened their office. My husband and oldest daughter also go there and I always refer my friends and family if they are looking for a dentist. They have a wonderful staff, clean and comfortable office with massage chairs and movies, and are respectful of your time. I have never had to wait to get in for my appointment or to see the doctor more than a couple of minutes. They are proactive at offering preventive care without pushing you into services you don't need.
