5-Star Review of AP Window Co.

Starting with Lily on the phone, she helped us with our schedule changes and answered all questions patiently, and explained the prep for changing out every window in our 32 year old house. Dean and Jeremy arrived on time every day (texting ahead, much appreciated), and worked diligently over 3 days taking out the old and installing new windows. They were professional, courteous, and skillful. The result is a top grade workmanlike installation, with attention to detail. Highly recommend AP Window!

Our AP Windows sales representative worked to find a solution that fit our needs and budget. Sadly, our budget and our desires/tastes were not at all aligned. Anyway, when our first installation did not meet our expectations, AP Windows stood behind their work and the workmanship of their supplier at cost to themselves without hesitation. They saw the project through to an acceptable final product. I was impressed with AP Windows’ dedication to making me, the client, happy.

AP Window replaced 19 windows and 3 sliding glass doors in our 1975 built house. The old windows were all aluminum and not an easy replacement. AP did an outstanding job, super attention to detail and worked with us every step of the way during installation. They made sure each day we knew what they were going to do and made sure to leave us fully functional at the end of each day which is important on a multiple day installation. They took out a bay window that we didn't like and framed in a large picture window, its absolutely beautiful. I am a very picky person and they exceeded my expectations with sales, installation including the inside finish trim. The sales process was very professional and Mike made it easy to do business with them. Highly recommend them if you need windows or doors replaced.

We had a great experience with the AP Window Company, starting with the initial consultation, and ending with the installation. Our project was not a run-of-the-mill, one-for-one window replacement project. Our project required precise measuring, and carpentry work. On one window we replaced a slider with a combination single-hung, and picture window. The picture window was custom sized to fit a stained glass panel we had made for our previous home. The delivered window was perfectly sized. The photo below shows the panel installed. Two other sliders were replaced with transom windows. The openings had to be framed, insulated, closed in, and drywall patched. The photo below shows the outside work. All we have to do is paint in the Spring. The quality of the work was excellent. AP Window Co. had a three-man crew on our project. The project was scheduled for four days, and they completed the work slightly ahead of schedule. The entire crew knew their stuff when it comes to window, and patio door replacement. They were on-time, friendly, and didn't hesitate to come to us with questions during the process. During our installation, the crew didn't get any dust, or dirt in our house, and when complete, they did an excellent job of cleaning up the outside of the house where they worked, and staged materials.
