5-Star Review of Angie Lawton-Wallesen

Angie Lawton-Wallesen was our real estate broker recently, and sold our house on Bull Mountain (Tigard, OR). She is a 15 out of 5. We had a goal of being out of our current house and into new house by the end of the year. Angie helped us accelerate that schedule by months! We also had an issue with the home inspectors accidentially shutting of power to the refrigerator while we were out of town. Angie actually went over and made sure everything was in order. Well above/beyond our expectations. We consider her a friend and are grateful and thankful for her and everything she's done for us! Cannot recommend her any more highly.

My experience with Angie Lawton-Wallesen for the sale of our Sherwood home was what I had hoped for. Right from the onset, she understood our family concerns to sell quickly amidst the challenges of competing new construction home sales. Her analysis on comparable-homes were very detailed, her marketing strategy was admirable and she showed good acumen in staging the house to make good impressions on potential buyers. She was honest with us about the market trends, and this helped us cross-correct our strategy to successfully sell our home to the right buyers. Thanks Angie.

We had an exceptional experience working with Angie Lawton-Wallesen as our real estate broker during our move from another state. From the very beginning, Angie made us feel less like clients and more like family. What stood out most was her genuine care and attention to the personal details. She was wonderful with our daughter and thoughtfully considered the needs of our entire family throughout the home-buying process. From snacks for the kids during showings to recommendations for essential household items we would need after the move, Angie consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She also leveraged technology extremely well, keeping us informed in real time on new listings, showings, offers, and all documentation throughout the transaction. Her organization, communication, and responsiveness made navigating a long-distance home search surprisingly easy and stress-free. Angie combines professionalism, market expertise, and a personal touch in a way that is truly unique. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance and support and would highly recommend Angie Lawton-Wallesen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated real estate broker. Thank you, Angie, for making our relocation and home-buying experience such a positive and memorable one. Your dedication, kindness, and commitment to our family's success never went unnoticed. We couldn't be happier with our new home, and we will always appreciate the role you played in helping us get there.
