Bad business/ hair loss

She caused hair loss to my daughters hair after she braided it too tight and knotted it up from the roots my daughters braid are literally falling out with piecesof her root and hair follicles attached!!!! . I asked for a refund for the full amount she refuse to compensate me for the damages to my child's scalp and hair loss
