My 3 year old has had speech therapy from Katherine for over a year, and we can’t say enough good things about her! She is absolutely fantastic! She cares about the kids she works with, she is so smart and friendly and I know that our daughter got the best possible therapy from her! We absolutely adore Katherine and think the world of her! Anyone who is able to work with her is so lucky and we appreciate everything she has done for our daughter!
I think the intent of the company overall is "Amazing". The level of customer care that the owner insists on is outstanding; I have never worked for a company that wouldn't let a phone call go to voicemail, every single call that comes into Amazing Care is answered and then directed to the correct representative by a real person! I think that most of the upper management takes an active role in seeing that the company succeeds, that includes ensuring that its employees are heard and considered in the day to day decisions. If you're looking for a place to land in your career, Amazing Care, should be at the top of your list.
