5-Star Review of Alyrica Networks, Inc.

Yesterday, Brett Gholson was our Alyrica Networks installer for wireless Internet access at our hilltop TV site on Eagle Crest near Salem, OR. He was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. The Internet connection has been up for about 24 hours and the service is working fine. Alyrica contacted me directly because they noticed my Internet was not performing as well as it should. Jimmy came out to get everything fixed up. He did an exceptional job. He made sure everything looked nice, and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. He was very kind.

They had scheduled an appointment to upgrade our system, but I unfortunately forgot about it and missed them. Instead of simply dismissing us, Jimmy came back later when he had some extra time and got everything set up to make sure our needs were covered. Jimmy was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for better service from him or the Alyrica team. They also make sure we're only paying for what we actually need. In fact, they've even recommended less expensive options rather than trying to upsell us, which says a lot about their honesty and customer-first approach. They provide excellent value, and I highly recommend Alyrica to anyone looking for reliable internet service.

Quenton set up my router and modem today. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The connection is working great. Alyrica was on the spot to help and I appreciate the complimentary value.
