After a long hospital stay and miles of travel, I found it even more taxing to find someplace to help me make arrangements for my loved one’s final journey. Here we were, miles from home and not a friendly voice to be found. Of all the contacts we made, no one was even kind, let alone helpful. It seemed like they could quote a crazy overpriced option, but that must have an imposition. Finding Richard at Alternative Cremation was such a blessing when we needed him. Always so kind, he answered every question and offered uncomplicated solutions for a sad and tired family. He was always available for every need. They don’t handle life insurance, but the reasonable costs allowed me to manage it from my bank account. I would recommend Richard to everyone.
