All-Ways Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. The price was fixed and reasonable, and the owners were a joy to work with. They arrived during the service window, were responsive to questions and had our hot water flowing in no time. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Jake was fantastic! He communicated right away and came out on Sunday. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and did a great job repairing our leaking pipe As well as providing Helpful advice! Now I know who to call whenever I need a Plumber hearing in Bend!
I highly recommend Jake and his team! Jake came out right away (within an hour of calling) to help with our water heater and was able to get everything taken care of quickly. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very upfront about what was going on, what needed to be done, and the cost. He even had the proper parts and equipment on hand to get the job done.
Jake has been excellent helping us with a few different plumbing issues including an old sink that needed to be replaced and a leaky outdoor hose bib. Highly recommended.
Jake and his team installed a new water heater for us. Found them to be professional and courteous. Arrived when promised and were very good at explaining the equipment and installation. Then followed up the next day to insure the equipment was functioning properly and trouble free. Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company.
