5-Star Review of Alicia Dart & Bobbi Inman at Soldera Properties, Inc

We were referred to Alicia by a family member who had a fantastic experience working with her, and after going through our own home-buying experience we would also recommend her without reservation. As first-time homebuyers looking to relocate from California to Oregon we had a lot to learn about the home-buying process. From our first meeting in May through our closing in August 2026, Alicia was an outstanding advisor and advocate. Alicia never made us feel rushed and consistently helped us focus on finding the right home rather than simply buying a house. There were times when we were tempted to move forward on properties that ultimately weren't the best fit for our needs, and we could count on Alicia to give honest feedback to help us think through the decision. Because we were purchasing from out of state, there were many times when we couldn't easily travel to Oregon to see houses ourselves. Alicia went above and beyond by coordinating showings with our immediate family members in the area. She made each of them feel welcome, informed, and respected, and their interactions with her were so positive that they've all said they would strongly consider working with Alicia in the future. Alicia's knowledge of the Portland metro area is exceptional, she helped us understand neighborhoods and their local markets. For anyone relocating to the area, her expertise is a tremendous asset. We were also impressed by the strength of her professional network. Whether we needed recommendations for inspections, repairs, or contractors, Alicia always had trusted contacts ready to help. Having access to those resources made the entire process less stressful. We are incredibly grateful for everything Alicia did for us. Throughout the entire process, we always felt confident that she was focused on our best interests. If you're a first-time homebuyer, relocating from another state, or simply looking for a genuinely caring realtor, we wholeheartedly recommend Alicia.

We loved working with Alicia and her team on the purchase of our new house. She has outstanding communication skills and is very professional and knowledgeable. Also she is super fun to work with which makes the process so much more enjoyable! Finding the right house so quickly initially made us hesitate and we wondered if we should keep searching for “something better”. She walked us through the essential questions we needed to consider, ensuring we felt confident without ever feeling pressured or rushed. It was truly a 5 star experience and we are very happy with our decision. Highly recommend working with her!

So grateful to have worked with Alicia twice now! She will be my forever realtor. Alicia is a true professional in every sense of the word, she possesses a wealth of knowledge, is savvy, her work ethic is unbeatable, and is very attentive to detail. This is complimented wonderfully by her kindness, warmth and genuine interest in her clients. Whether you are buying a home or selling one (I have done both) Alicia is as invested in a positive outcome for you as she would be for her own self or her loved ones. Choosing an excellent realtor whom is more than capable, truly trustworthy, transparent & candid, well-versed in the housing market and a person of character will serve you well in this process - Alicia Dart is all of this and more. I’ll always highly recommend her. Thank you, Alicia. I appreciate you!

Alicia for the win again!!!! Alicia has been instrumental in helping our family purchase all three of our homes in Beaverton, Oregon as our family has grown, and we truly cannot say enough good things about her. Every transaction has been different, and none of them have been cookie-cutter. Alicia is phenomenal at meeting a family where they are, understanding their needs, building a thoughtful game plan, and then following through with confidence and precision. Her patience is on another level, and her knowledge is exceptional. She always has a great read on current market trends, which has been incredibly important to us as we have bought homes in Beaverton, Oregon. She is also a strong advocate for her clients and is quick to step in, provide guidance, and push when needed, regardless of who the seller or builder is. We are big fans of new builds, and that process comes with its own challenges, especially when working with large-volume builders. Alicia understands that world extremely well. She has a no-fuss, highly effective approach, and she consistently shows up ready to get the job done. We would never use anyone else. Alicia has earned our trust time and time again, and we recommend her wholeheartedly.
