Alex has been wonderful throughout the process of selling the house! He has worked with us at our own pace without making us feel pushed to hurry. When it got to the point we couldn't get everything done to the house that needed to be done before going on the market, Alex brought in his own team (at our request) and got everything done very fast while still being quality work. House was under contract after 4 days on market and closed in less than 30 days. A well earned 5 stars.

When it comes to selling your home, Alex is the man with the plan. He also knows all the right folks to help him execute that plan, up to and including a drone-operating, professional photographer/videographer to help market the sale. When interest rates climbed and the amount of local inventory was working against us, Alex got creative and went the extra mile to ensure an interested buyer could make an offer. Even though the market conditions meant the process took a lot longer, he stuck with it and saw it through to closing. Very glad to have had the chance to work with him!
