I just returned home from my almost 2000 mile round trip to Albany RV located in Albany, Oregon to pick up my new 2024 Outdoors RV, 25RDS trailer. We negotiated the sale by phone, text and internet before I decided to buy this quality trailer. The requests I had were somewhat complex, I needed a solar system with inverter installed (I got a very fair offer for this installation). I also needed my Lithium batteries with RV Lock Box installed the day of pick up, as well as my Equalizer Sway Bar set up between my pick up and new trailer. The seasoned team of RV Consultant Jessica Gumbo, RV Technicians,, Jason, and Kevin were ready for me at 9 AM and we not only completed the paper work, walk through and installations but here I am with ready to get on the road by 1pm in a cold windy rain no less.
