Five stars to Chris, Thomas and Eric! When my heat went out Chris provided me with personal, empathetic and quick customer service. He was solutions oriented and I felt supported during a stressful time…no heat in November. Chris and Tomas, my technicians worked into the late hours of the night/early morning to get my heat fixed. They acted with the upmost professionalism and commitment to get the job done no matter what time of day. If it were up to me, I’d say all three deserve raises! My experience with these three employees was truly the best and I thank them for their support and for getting the job done.
