It was a pleasure working with Jared from Aire Serv Waco. He worked with us inspecting the HVAC unit of a single-family home. He did a very detailed inspection and explained everything in simple terms. He spent a lot of time with us, was never in a rush, and always found the time to work with us, even with short notice. He always answered all our questions in a friendly and supportive way. He demonstrated great expertise and knowledge and was always very kind. His reports were always very detailed. We are glad that we found him and Aire Serv.

Aire Serv has been my go-to choice for A/C Heating needs for the past 20+ years. To date, I have never been disappointed in the services I have received. Recently, I had a new water heater installed. I trust Aire Serv as the technicians are always knowledgeable, personable, and ready to get the job done after answering all my questions. Casey is THE BEST specialist employed by Aire Serv, in my opinion and that of my family. I highly recommend this business!

Aire Serv has been phenomenal. They truly value transparency and customer service. Our system has a great deal of needed repairs, but they're not pressuring us in any way just to make a sale. They keep their appointments and communicate so well. Everyone on their team has been knowledgable, efficient and friendly, especially Casey; Jared and Casey went above and beyond, and we feel like we're in the best hands.
