Best Sales & Customer Overall Experience – Benaiah S.

I had an excellent sales representative (Benaiah S.) who couldn’t have made my buying experience any easier or better. It was so good, that I also sent a purposeful thank you for such a positive experience 3 months ago after my purchase! Unfortunately, the laundry center I purchased (with a service contract) was malfunctioning immediately after being delivered and installed. As a result, I was in contact with the service department to address my problem. Though the service department was respectful and listened, I was getting passed through multiple hoops without anyone seriously demonstrating a desire to resolve my ongoing 3 month issue with the solution just sending multiple technicians to look at the unit without anyone having any solutions. Since Benaiah was so helpful initially in sales and I was running out of options and frustration level growing, I contacted Benaiah hoping he may be able to help or influence something that could get attention. The 5 star review is for Benaiah. He responded immediately, reassured me he would personally look into the matter and he single-handedly completely resolved my issue. Benaiah went above and beyond and I very much appreciate his care and commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction. If it were not for Benaiah’s care, communication and professionalism this would have been a much different review. Thank you Benaiah!
