Claire, the masseuse is very skilled! She uses a good amount of pressure and really worked the knots out of my shoulder blades. I liked my massage so much I bought a second one as a gift right afterward!

I am a little behind on writing this review. I called to make an appointment with AE massage expecting to be told that it would be a few days or even weeks, but I was offered a same day appointment with Mary. I accepted the late evening appointment. When I arrived, I was almost 30 minutes early. I went inside anyway, but I was prepared to wait. I was immediately greeted by the friendly employees. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The two employees were friendly and helpful. This was my first massage in an establishment outside of a chiropractor. I was taken to a private room that had a soft and warm light in the background. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The only thing missing was some sort of soft music or white noise as it was a little too quiet for me. Mary was my massage therapist. I ordered the Swedish massage with aromatherapy and hot stones. It was absolutely amazing! She was very thorough. I am very self conscious, and she treated me with respect and dignity. I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. Thank you for making my first experience a positive one. I will absolutely make another appointment in the near future.
