5-Star Review of Adrian Olmstead, Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty

Adrian helped us get into our dream house in Lake Oswego, moving from out of state. He’s honest, kind, and an amazing person. On top of that he’s an exceptional realtor who goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. We met him while attending an open house where he was the listing agent, and he stood out to us from other agents we met that weekend. We knew he was the right agent for us, and we were right: he was amazing!

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Adrian (and his partner Melissa) made the process of buying our first home so much less overwhelming. He was patient, communicative, and always on top of things—truly holding our hand every step of the way. We felt supported and informed throughout the entire process, and he went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home. We’re so grateful for all their hard work and highly recommend Adrian and Melissa to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about their clients.

I interviewed several realtors prior to selecting Adrian and Melissa to sell our home. I was most impressed with Adrian and Melissa on the first meeting as they were 110% prepared with comparable listings in our area and what would be a good starting price for our house. (Which was about 10% higher.) Adrian and Melissa kept me well informed in what was going on at all times.... Including staging, open house, and customer views and reviews. Even though the mid summer activity was slow we were able to sell the house in about 6 weeks. Ultimately I was happy with the end results and to my knowledge the buyer was happy too.

Adrian was not the first realtor we worked with but definitely one of the best. He made our home selling/buying process very smooth. He was patient, responsive, and very helpful. He made sure we got the best deal with our new home. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the process and highly recommend Adrian to anyone planning to sell or buy a home.
