I had Action Drain come out to clean out a very clogged driveway drain. It turned out to be more complex than either of us anticipated. They were able to completely clear the drain by replacing the area of broken pipe that had been invaded by roots. During the repair there was an inadvertent bit of damage to a nearby irrigation pipe, and there was absolutely no hesitation by the company to get it fully repaired promptly and professionally by a local irrigation company. It is so refreshing to get upfront clear pricing, and do business with a company that clearly prides itself on honesty, integrity, and seeing the job through to completion even if it was not the easiest job. I would definitely use this company again.

I had an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend. my kitchen sink wouldn’t drain at all. Being the weekend and after 6pm, no one was answering. Ugh ! After calling three other companies, I finally reached this company and was relieved someone actually answered. They came out quickly, too. Super kind and helpful while in my home. Gave me a quote over the phone before coming and that’s what it was. The bill didn’t magically jump $300 after they got done. Excellent customer service, decent and fair pricing, reliable and dependable. I highly recommend them.
