We needed to have the carpeting in our master bedroom stretched to remove a few wrinkles. I was able to use the convenient online scheduler to make an appointment. Eric arrived promptly, assessed the situation, explained the solution and provided an estimated time for completion. He was courteous, professional and efficient. The carpet looks fantastic!
