If you know someone impacted by breast cancer I would absolutely not spend your money here. I don’t know if I have ever done business with anyone less caring. They prioritize profit over people. I would rather be out the $5,500 dollars I have paid than have my daughter be married here. I am going through a life or death situation and they don’t give a single damn. I wouldn’t want the energy this place carries to be the place where anyone I know was spending their special day. Even though it is beautiful on the outside the inner workings are ugly. Now the owner won’t even respond to me or my daughter once it was clear that all communication would have to be written. To be fair, I am assuming it was the owner but whoever we were talking to refused to give us their name. But I would have been ashamed to identity myself as well if I was them. They basically said if I posted anything it would be defamation and once I told them I had no problem posting screenshots they emailed my daughter saying they couldn’t talk to me because I wasn’t on the contract. But they definitely didn’t mind cashing my check. If you are a parent paying for a wedding, don’t do it here. And to top it all off they couldn’t even get the name of my future son in-law right and kept calling him Romania.

Received a beautiful layered butterfly cut for my long very thin straight hair. A technique I only received in NYC forever but no salon in Mckinney ever got right. Chong did!! Thank you sweet lady. Next cut I’m just going to ask for a more rounded back. ??

They should improve by verifying job details before performing work, obtaining consent before removing or damaging vehicle parts, and offering a clear, reachable management contact who actually responds. Taking accountability and resolving issues promptly would greatly improve their service.

Avoid - Incompetent and Ineffective Cash-Grab

Spent month & months & months (and months) fruitlessly chasing relief from severe depression & anxiety symptoms, only to ultimately choose different clinic than this waste of time. Flat, emotionless, inaccessible robotic, doctors whose billing practices are well-oiled but whose compassion and basic competence are no existence. Often unreachable for refills, triggering complications. Constant medication switch-ups after nothing worked. No idea how this place is in business. Health hazard to the public. Avoid.

Staff bad mouthing paying clients

We stopped by the shop around 11:30am today. Our transaction number was 522654. We were very dissatisfied with our service and the staff. First I was astounded by the fact that the cashier when asked for a recommend for a coffee selection, could not provide one. Which is crazy as “coffee” is literally what’s in the title of the resultant. Then when she asked the barista he also could not make any recommendations but said we can make anything sweet. This was not helpful in the least. Further more as another patron came in he asked what kind of Americanos do you have. The employee tried to describe a couple options but apparently did not like the interaction with the paying customer and once he stepped outside, the waitress, cashier and barista started to bad mouth that customer. Not only were they no help to me, but then to loudly talk poorly about your patrons in front of everyone is absolutely appalling service. I think it is paramount that the owner understands how their employees are treating their customers. I am highly disappointed and seeing as there is no quality assurance to see if client satisfaction is even a consideration ie. customer feedback/surveys it makes think this has been an ongoing treatment and who knows how long this has been going on.

TERRIBLE

Avoid Director Jordan and this school like the plague! When you advocate for your children she will be uncoorporative, uncaring and unenroll your children. Avoid this daycare. They allow injuries to your kids and don't document it. They lie to your face. They say they have policies to handle x, y, z but they dont. Get it in writting because they are liars. They are 1 case away from a national news story! They don't like negative reviews and they certainly don't like when the truth is exposed. They keep removing my comments from their controllable pages. The truth needs to be told.
