Longtime Resident

I came almost 9 years ago because it was cheaper than CA. Still am overwhelmed by the friendliness and care of the staff and other residents. Love the 42 acres, flowers, trees, planting beds for us. Roses! Lots of activities so come while you are still young enough to have fun, be that sitting and chatting or going on an outing. We’ve been to gardens, games, restaurants etc. The food is good and there is a menu for those who want to order something different than what is being offered. Even special diets. We are like a family here and we care for each other and our pets.

Insurance bait and switch

Avoid like the plague, My Insurance company recommended this Auto body shop. It was local to me so I figured I would give them a shot. What a bad idea. Thier customer service while not terrible underlies their bait and switch tactics with insurance companies. My vehicle was originally given a 5,500 dollar repair estimate, they had my vehicle for 3 weeks before they even took the bumper off and then decided to call my insurance company (before even contacting me) and told them the price has increased 10,000 dollars, needless to say the Insurance company totalled the vehicle. The body damage while extensive is not unrepairable for those in the business to repair things, but these clowns would rather total your vehicle than fix it. Also I had to request back peices of my vehicle they had held onto, also they wouldn't even place my tail lights back on so I could drive the vehicle home, it cost me 90 dollars to have it towed. I will be doing the repairs even myself at this point. Why even call yourself and auto repair shop when you don't even perform body work? I will not be suggesting these people to anyone worst experience I've had in a long time. Again you've been warned. Take your vehicle anywhere but here.

Brasi Automotive Repair Keizer OR

My headlights quit and I called Brasi Automotive. He knew immediately what the problem was. Ordered the part and fixed quickly. I took my car back again, for belts and hoses to be replaced. He did an amazing job with my Kia. I highly recommend this shop. Honest, reliable, excellent service , great prices, and friendly.

Car wash

I was having trouble with the knobs in one stall and moved my truck to another, the manager came out and asked if I needed help and I explained what happened. He gave me a free car wash for my trouble, how nice was that?. Thank you for having an employee that takes care of his customers. I have been coming to this car wash for about 7 years and appreciate the cleanliness now
