Below is an interview with Dr. Peter Young:
How long have you been in business and what was your motivation for starting the business?
We have been in business for 17+ years. My motivation for being a chiropractor stemmed from having sports injuries in college that traditional medicine could not help but that chiropractic did.
How has your business grown over the years?
We have steadily increased our patient base year in and years out and have been able to expand by opening a second clinic.
What do you think sets you apart from other businesses in the same industry?
We always focus on exceptional customer service and having great doctors who are always available and have time for our patients. We make our patients our #1 priority and that shows in everything we do.
What do you and your team like about living and working in Omaha?
We all appreciate that it’s a good-sized city that still retains that smalltown feeling. People are friendly and small businesses are always willing to work together to increase everyone’s chances of success.
What are your plans for the next five years of your business? 10? 25?
Our 5-10 year plan is to open a total of 10 clinics.
If you could choose one thing you enjoy most about your business, what would it be?
The relationships/interactions with our patients. We are truly blessed with how wonderful and friendly our patients are.
How does your team give back to the community?
We give back through philanthropic partnerships a few times per year.
If you could give other business owners a piece of advice, what would it be?
Surround yourself with positive, high-energy people and have a serving attitude.
