ABOUT OUR MARKET
Our Farmers Market is unique in the area as it is a Producer Only market which is a direct-to-consumer marketplace that is exclusively available for producers that raise, grow or make their own products. All items for sale at our market must be homegrown, handmade and/or vendor-created from locally-owned operations within the state of Oklahoma.
Free parking during market weekends is available around the perimeter of the Park and in the special event parking lot on the northwest corner of Oklahoma City Boulevard and Thunder Drive across from Paycom Center. (Parking in the lot is free on Saturdays from 7am – 2pm.)
The popular, drive-up loading zone on Oklahoma City Boulevard called the Veggie Valet will continue this season. Guests are invited to hold their packages at the Veggie Valet as they shop, and then pull their cars up for curbside package pickup.
The Farmers Market Information Tent is available for shoppers to visit with Park staff, purchase Scissortail Park merchandise, and find information on the nutrition assistance programs the market offers including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Assistance Program (SFMNP), and Double Up Oklahoma (DUO).

Summer WalkUps are on weekdays from June 24th to August 9th, 10am to 12pm, on the Children’s Garden Porch. It’s just a $2 suggested donation, and everyone of all ages is welcome! Plus, each weekday has a fun theme:
Feel free to bring a picnic and hang out in the Children’s Garden or splash around in the Thunder Fountain. And if you stick around until noon, the carousel will open up for extra fun!
There will not be a walk up on Thursday, July 4. Enjoy the fireworks!

The Imaginaries is an Americana band formed in the open plains of Oklahoma. Consisting of husband & wife duo Shane Henry (guitar, vocals) & Maggie McClure (piano, vocals), their debut album was released March 26, 2021. It was recorded in famed Muscle Shoals, AL with legendary “Swampers” & serves as both an introduction to The Imaginaries and the beginning of their journey as a band after both singer songwriters have enjoyed their own successes as solo artists.
