Arts, entertainment, educational exhibits, amazing food, challenging games and the best people watching in Oklahoma comes to Norman Oklahoma’s Reaves Park 10am-7pm each day Friday April 5th through Sunday April 7th, 2024.

The program, stage schedules and vendor listings will be posted to the website as soon as they are available. https://medievalfair.org/

Admission is free. Nearby parking managed by OU Athletics is $10.

Step back in time for a day of revels at the Medieval Fair. Enjoy mirth and merriment with kings, queens, knights and fools as the kingdom comes alive.

Held annually since 1977, this medieval themed arts festival features educational exhibits, arts, crafts, food, games, demonstrations and ongoing entertainment at seven stages where the whole family can enjoy minstrels, dancing, theater, jugglers, knights jousting on horseback, human chess games, brightly costumed characters including King Arthur, mermaids, and the fair’s royal court of King Edward III.

Browse through the medieval village of nearly 200 art and craft booths offering unique and handcrafted wares of pottery, wood, stained glass, armor, costumes, fairy wings, jewelry, leather crafts, hair garlands, and much more. Watch master crafters demonstrating their skills including blacksmithing, stone carving, and leather working.

The Medieval Fair of Norman is the state’s largest single weekend event and the third largest event in Oklahoma. It is made possible, in part, by the Norman Arts Council Hotel Tax Grant Program and the City of Norman. It is presented by the Medieval Fair Department within the University of Oklahoma College of Continuing Education and University Outreach.

Leashed and vaccinated dogs are allowed, but not encouraged, due to large crowd sizes.

Our Farmers Market is unique in the area as it is a Producer Only market which is a direct-to-consumer marketplace that is exclusively available for producers that raise, grow or make their own products. All items for sale at our market must be homegrown, handmade and/or vendor-created from locally-owned operations within the state of Oklahoma.

Free parking during market weekends is available around the perimeter of the Park and in the special event parking lot on the northwest corner of Oklahoma City Boulevard and Thunder Drive across from Paycom Center. (Parking in the lot is free on Saturdays from 7am – 2pm.)

The popular, drive-up loading zone on Oklahoma City Boulevard called the Veggie Valet will continue this season. Guests are invited to hold their packages at the Veggie Valet as they shop, and then pull their cars up for curbside package pickup.
