Amber Moody’s vision for Revolution Med Spa was born out of her own experiences in the aesthetic industry. “The name Revolution came from us wanting to just change the way that people think about aesthetics,” she said. “From my own previous experience of going to get an aesthetic treatment for the first time, I remember feeling very uncomfortable and intimidated when I walked into a space that was just glitter and hot pink and everybody looked like a Barbie.”

“Our goal for Revolution Med Spa has always been to make a space that anyone and everyone would feel welcome, never intimidated, but always to feel like they’re coming to visit friends rather than to come get a medical treatment,” Moody said.
With 20 years of experience in nursing and two years of experience as an aesthetic nurse practitioner, Moody combined her expertise with Reeves to provide a comprehensive range of services, extending beyond injectables to include laser treatments, skin care, and more. This collaboration stemmed from Amber’s earlier venture, Belle Vie Aesthetics, which quickly outgrew its original space due to high demand for its services. Together, they aimed to offer more than just treatments; they aspired to change the way people think about and approach aesthetics.

Amber Moody emphasizes the importance of understanding each client’s unique concerns and goals. “I always tell (my clients,) I don’t see what you see when you look in the mirror. “I think, in general, aesthetics can get a bad reputation due to awkward results,” Moody said. “When people think of dermal fillers, they think of the worst of the worst that they’ve seen in Hollywood. And it’s our job to educate people that that is not the standard and that’s not what anyone in our office is trying to achieve, but we try to set ourselves apart by offering a natural improvement for you to look like you but refreshed.”

“For me, a particular goal would be to bring the addition of more of a wellness side in to where we can promote health and anti-aging of the body and not just the skin,” says Amber.
