“Basically, I was feeling horrible because people that I promised quality to were not being given the quality they deserved,” Stephens said. “And then I ultimately was like alright I need to start working on starting my own company because I can’t sleep at night doing this.”

Yes, they’re gonna be the main point of contact, but the office is reaching out and managing files, making sure they’re being cared for as well.”
