Registration Information
Online Registration
Registration for new and returning students will be completed online. If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school for assistance. It’s crucial to read the entire document carefully before starting the registration process.
- Returning Students: Defined as students who ended the previous school year enrolled at any Searcy campus. Students moving from one campus to another are also considered returning students.
- New Students: Includes all kindergarten and new students entering the district.
Required Information for Enrollment
Before beginning the online registration process, gather the following information and take pictures of the items that will need to be uploaded. Some items listed may not be applicable to your student:
- Proof of Residency: Utility bills (electric, water, cable, etc.) with a current point of service address and your name visible. This cannot be a shut-off notice. *Required for kindergarten and new students.
- Custody Agreements: Documentation of changes if applicable.
- Parent Pick-Up Forms for Grades K-8: List of individuals authorized to pick up your child from school. Download, complete, and save the form to upload during registration.
- Shot Records: Required for all kindergarteners, students aged 11, 13, 16, and all new students.
- Medical Documentation: If applicable.
Health and Wellness Services
Searcy Public Schools employ six full-time nurses to assist students and faculty with healthcare needs, providing services such as medication administration, first aid, and health screenings (vision, hearing, scoliosis, BMI).
Nutrition and Meal Services
