French Prairie Gardens in St. Paul transforms into a fall wonderland every October. Their pumpkin patch spans over 12 acres and features more than 20 varieties of pumpkins, squash, and gourds. The farm’s fall festival is packed with over 15 family-friendly activities, including their iconic Pigtucky Derby Pig Races. Other popular attractions include the Double Super Mega Ride n’ Slide, a giant corn maze (with games inside), and tractor wagon rides. Heiser Farms, located in Dayton, is known for their iconic red barn and scenic location along the Willamette River. Their U-pick pumpkin patch (open weekdays and weekends) is filled with all kinds of pumpkins that are perfect for decorating or carving. On the weekends, enjoy hayrides, fire engine rides, live music, a corn maze, pumpkin cannons, and train rides. They’re also hosting a Pumpkin Cannon Demolition Derby October 12th and 13th!
