I do not think I have every had such a great customer service experience with an auto body shop. Every single employee was professional, kind and really kept me informed. I was in an auto accident and my adjuster would not reply to my emails. Jake told me not to worry about it he would handle it for me. He was true to his word and then some. I cannot say enough good things about this shop or the people working there. I hope they are well appreciated people like them are not easy to find. Thank you!

I had an issue where my daughter was involved in a collision. Unfortunately there was no collision coverage on our vehicle. There was only liability coverage. This meant that I had to pay for the repair entirely out-of-pocket. I called a few other repair shops and there was an incredibly long wait time. I understand there are supply chain issues and parts are in short supply and it is very hard to get a good repair done nowadays. This company understood my situation and tried to help me out to the best of their ability to keep the cost as low as possible. They went through extra time and effort to find parts all over the country which were shipped out and lowered the cost of my repair. I feel like I found a good shop that actually has a heart and cares about its customers. Thank you for everything and I appreciate it!
