This office is wonderful, I've been to many dental offices in my life. Dental pain, got right in, root canal referred and got right in, follow up for cap, they called with a cancellation and got right in. Dr McCarley communicates well and follows up, very happy he/they took such good care of me! Thank you so much!
So in February both my 4&5 year old kids had teeth cleaning appointments back to back and I was able to be there with them but now that it’s my turn to get my teeth cleaned I can’t bring them and can’t get day care due to covid and shortage of daycare so they want to charge me a $30.00 cancellation fee when my insurance co pay is only $20.00 and I was pretty upset about this but the office manager was very nice and called me back an resolved the issue thank you very much
